* Spa Gaucin at The St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort has 25 treatment rooms, where guests can enjoy massages, hydrotherapy, body wraps, facials, and a range of other services. Separate men's and women's locker rooms have steam rooms, saunas, and herbal saunas.

* Stonehill Tavern - Designed by Tony Chi. Chef Michael Mina's modern American menu features signature small plate trios, which allows guests to enjoy their favorite menu items in three distinct preparations.

* Motif - European-style café cuisine. Ocean view. Scenic indoor and outdoor dining available. Serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday champagne brunch.

* Monarch Bay Club - Beachfront dining for lunch and dinner with grilled meats and fish at a restaurant for members and resort guests only. From the hotel, guests can walk a landscaped path to the restaurant.
