"Great location, great room, great food..."
Great hotel, but make sure you call a few days before you get there to make sure they have your room. We argued for 2 hours because our room was under maintainence...so they put us in a sister hotel (which [--]), and paid for our taxi both ways. We were there for 5 nights (minus the first night) so 4 nights total. If you get there late at night, the night staff knows nothing! So like I said, call a few days before you arrive to remind them you are coming. Other than that, the room was AMAZING...the shower was rather large for Europe standards, they have LCD TVs, and the food is great! I would stay there probably ever time I go back to paris. The price was great also, we got it for $114 USD per night with tax.

"Fantastic Hotel!!"
The Standard Design Hotel was absolutely wonderful. Went for a romantic weekend with my boyfriend and it was just perfect. Beautiful decor, very modern and sexy. Although the room was a bit on the small size it was immaculate, clean, they came every day and returned the room to as perfect as it was when we arrived. Nice big shower etc. The staff were really helpful, prodided us with a hairdryer, converter plug, champagne glasses and let us leave our suitcases there after we checked out. Perfect weekend, and not that expensive. I like my laps of luxury, and this was more on a budget side but felt very lux for the deal we got!!
