"Fantastic tourist hotel"
We stayed here for 4 nights on a tour of Asia. Brilliantly located, friendly staff, clean, safe and secure. If you want to see HK on a reasonable budget then this is the place for you. I work in HK on business and the cost of 1 night at the JW Marriott is the same as 3 nights in this hotel.

"Great Value for Money"
If you're looking to not have to pay the big prices at the main hotels in Hong Kong, I highly recommend this hotel. It is a short walk to shopping and the subway. The rooms are as clean as you could ever expect and the service is good.

"Clean and comfortable"
Very clean and comfortable but room is rather small, but not the smallest in HK. Space is just nice for 2 persons - my friend and I (we're both 5+ feet). There's even space for luggage. Bathroom space is sufficient though. The bed is very comfortable and quilt is warming. Clean beds. The location is fantastic! Less than 10 minutes walk from the nearest MTR and less than 2 minutes walk from the busy area 'ladies market' (Lui Yan Gai). Lots of shops and activities and food nearby. Hotel staff is good and helpful. Internet is very fast.

OK - this is only a 2* hotel. The Ritz Carlton it isn't! We stayed here for 4 nights on a tour of Asia. Brilliantly located, friendly staff, clean, safe and secure. "A Nice Surprise"
I had only one night in Hong Kong and arrived at 7am and left the next day at 4pm. The room was a double for $800HK (150AUD) and they let me check in when I arrived and had a late check out as well. Incredible value and service. I booked over the internet and did not have to pay a deposit. I also used their shuttle bus service which was a brand new mostly empty luxury bus. It was easy to find and dropped me to the door and the driver brought my bags in. The room had a big TV, decent bathroom, clean and good A/C that I could control. They had wireless internet that you paid $15HK for one hour. I was on a non smoking floor and there was not a hint of smoke. When I missed my shuttle bus back to the airport, the staff were sweetly concerned and arranged a special price taxi to take me. This turned out to be a luxury brand new van thing with again brilliant A/C loads of room and a nice driver who immediately offered me a bottle of water when we took off. The area the hotel is located is great for the bargain shopper. Their are markets and cheap shops everywhere you walk. You are about five shops from a 7/11. and 2 or 3 blocks from Nathan Road and the bus down to the Star Ferry. However, there is so much around the hotel area in Mong Kok, I found I was better off shopping there. The only down side is that though the hotel looks flash and the room nice it does look out over unnatractive highrise flats. when you know you are so close to a harbour and great citylight views it is kind of frustrating - but hey, I guess that is why it is so cheap. I would happily stay there again.
