"Great Value & a nice place to stay!"
Ok so this hotel isn't central, in fact it's a good bit out of the city centre but the metro stop isn't too far away linking you to the rest of the city. In all honesty the location is a bit daunting so your probably wondering why I give it 4 stars, the reason being that this place is simply great value for good facilities, and a much higher standard of service than many, more expensive hotels I've stayed in around Europe. I came here for a quick getaway just before xmas, and the city in fairness is so stunning that you don't spend very much time in the hotel anyway but I found it very clean, with excellent facilities and would deffinitely recommend it to people looking for somewhere less expensive to stay in in Prague.

"Lovley hotel, couldnt of asked for more"
When i read some of the reviews, i thought oh dear whar are we going to. The room was lovley, on the top floor with wonderful views, modern, spacious, clean and comfortable beds, mini bar and sat tv. Ask for a top floor room you wont be disappointed. The staff were all friendley and spoke good english, and couldnt of been more helpful. The hotel it self was beautifully decorated and we really couldnt of asked for more. The breakfast had a great choice every morning, even eggs, sausages and bacon.It was a 10 min walk to the tram and bus stops although we always got a tram as so easy, took about 20 mins in to the square. Sometimes got a taxi from the hotel which was only about 5 pound. The steps would be a problem to a disabled person but not to any one else, we didnt find it a problem at all. The local bars were very cheap to drink and eat compared to some of the prices in the square. Watch outside cafe opposite the clock, paid £18.00 for 4 coffees and short changed us as didnt think we understood money. the xmas markets were lovley, all food and drink great. Try Step hotel, very reasonable rates and worth every penny.
