The apartment complex is located directly beside the beach and the nearest town can easily be reached by making use of public transport that departs from a stop just 100 m away. In the town are many shops, restaurants and bars for guests to explores.

Renovated in 1998, the complex comprises a total of 100 apartments and studios. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a restaurant, a small supermarket, a TV room, a games room, a nightclub and a bar. Furthermore, there are laundry and room service and for younger guests, there is a playground to let off steam in.
