Sunset House consists of 57 guestrooms in several two-story buildings set beside an outdoor pool and a rocky beach with a man-made “sea pool” that leads to the open ocean.

Sunset House offers numerous amenities for complete dive vacations, including five custom dive boats, freshwater rinse tanks, and a full-service dive shop that supplies dive-site maps. Dive excursions include two-tank dives every morning, afternoon, and evening dives, and all levels of instruction.

Popular dives just offshore include Amphitrite, a renowned nine-foot-tall bronze mermaid, and the landmark wreck of The Nicholson. High-speed Internet access (surcharge) is available in Sunset House's lobby.
