This hotel is located on a main road in the tourist resort of Maspalomas, in the south of Gran Canaria. Just 1.5 km away the glorious dune landscape and sandy Maspalomas beach are waiting to be explored. A public transport stop is situated some 100 m away and within 700 m guests will find a selection of shops and entertainment facilities. The town's tourist centre at Playa del Ingles is well worth a visit, and lies approximately 3 km away. Gran Canaria airport is roughly 35 km from the hotel.

This hotel is architecturally modern and comprises 900 rooms, spread over 5 floors. It is fully air-conditioned and the lobby houses a 24-hour reception desk and a currency exchange counter. Dining options include a restaurant (with highchairs for children). There are also bars, cafes, various shops, and a hairdressing salon.
