* Pure - Decorated in an earth theme, with tree trunk-shaped tables and walls depicting fire and water elements, the hotel’s signature restaurant uses organic produce and includes no saturated fats in the preparation of its international cuisines. * Masala Bay - Indian cuisine, both traditional and modern, is served in a colourful contemporary surroundings attached to a separate lounge area.
