These apartments are situated around 100 m from the beach of Playa de Xeraco and about 3 km from Playa de Gandia with its numerous bars, restaurants, shops, etc and 5 km from the town of Gandia.

The apartment complex includes a total of 7 floors, 21 three-bedroom apartments and 14 two-bedroom apartments. From the main floor it is possible to access the swimming-pool area, garden and car park.Key collection at Espatur office: Avda. dels Borrons, 44 - Urbanizacion Los Lirios - Playa de Xeraco from 5pm to 8pm. It is not possible to pick up keys after 8pm so guests arriving later have to wait till 9am the following day. A deposit of around 150 EUR is required on arrival and refunded on the last day after checking out of the apartment. During high season, the property can ask for a deposit of up to around 300-600 EUR. During Easter period the property will not accept any booking from guests under 30 years old. Check out will be at 9am. All apartments are fully equipped with cooking utensils, linen and small towels.
CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
