Taplow House Hotel in Taplow is a stunning Georgian country manor house set in 6 acres of beautiful gardens with the largest tulip trees in Europe.
Taplow is a village on the east bank of the River Thames. Just a short drive away is the Cliveden National Trust Estate, overlooking the River Thames. The estate and garden is open to the public daily from March to October. The gardens include everything from charming riverside walks to a formal Parterre, and woodland vistas to water gardens, plus a wealth of statuary and topiary. Queen Victoria would frequently take a carriage from nearby Windsor Castle and join the Duchess of Sutherland for tea in the secluded garden of Spring Cottage.

Travelling from the M4 Motorway - Leave at junction 7 sign posted Slough West and Maidenhead. At the roundabout at the end of the Spur Road, turn left onto the A4 towards Maidenhead. Travel through a set of traffic lights and over a small roundabout (Sainsbury Supermarket is on the left-hand side) continue along (IGNORE SIGNS FOR TAPLOW) until you pass under a railway arch. Approx 200 yards after the arch Berry Hill is the right hand turning at the 1st set of traffic lights, where the BMW garage is on both sides of the road, take this right turning and follow the road for 150 yards, Taplow House is on your right hand side.
* Berry's Bar with its informal atmosphere, comfortable armchairs and a roaring fire in winter, makes this grand room an ideal place to relax and unwind. The bar has a wide selection of classic malts and other fine spirits. A bar menu is available for guests consisting of light lunches, sandwiches and snacks.
* During the summer months enjoy the restaurant menu or all-day dining menu served outside on the terrace with superb views of the gardens.
* Taplow House Hotel is the perfect setting for meetings and events for up to 100 people indoors. There are 7 meeting and events rooms. During the summer months the 6 acres of gardens and the terrace come alive and can be used for various outdoor activities and events.
* All rooms at Taplow House are decorated to same high standard. The main difference is size of room. Most en-suite bathrooms feature a bath and shower combination, however a handful of rooms feature only a shower.
