Take the Motorway A1 from Milano and nearby Parma follow the green signs for La Spezia. At La Spezia take the Motorway A12 towards Rosignano Marittimo, where the highway ends. Now follow signs for ROMA-GROSSETO. This takes you on to a dual carriageway superstrada. Continue for 25 Kms to the exit of DONORATICO. Leave the superstrada here.
At the end of the sliproad at the roundabout, follow the signs for CASTAGNETO CARDUCCI to the right. Pass over a bridge and then turn left for Castagneto Carducci. Follow signs for Castagneto. Once in Castagneto Carducci, drive further for 6 kms until a fork for MONTEVERDI - LARDERELLO. Here, turn left for MONTEVERDI (NOT SASSETTA) and after 1,5 kms you will find the entrance of "Tenuta La Bandita"on the right . Continue for 600 m until the main Villa.
