The apartment complex is to be found in the centre of Playa del Ingles close to links to the public transport network (roughly 25 m away). A selection of shops is to be found in Yumbo Shopping Centre (approximately 50 m away). A range of restaurants, bars and nightclubs are all located around 50 m from the hotel. A beach lies just 900 m away and can easily be reached on foot.

Renovated in 2004, this apartment complex comprises a total of 65 apartments over 6 floors. Guests are welcomed in an inviting lobby, where they are able to exchange money, and a lift is also available.
