* The Beaver Club:
Recognized as one of Canada's premier restaurants, the legendary Beaver Club offers French cuisine deeply rooted in Québec's voyageur and fur-trading heritage. Open for lunch and dinner, the restaurant began as a private club, founded in 1785. Today, club memberships are honorary and include luminaries from the sports, business, and entertainment arenas. The dining room is traditional, with wood-paneled walls, white-linen table settings, and rich leather dining chairs. A private dining room is available for use by small groups.
