"Great Service, Relaxing Room, Beautiful Pool" The hotel is a little off the path but was a wonderful place to stay. Located in the Quey (pronounce K) it was about a 10 minute walk from the night lifes of the other Queys and the Clark Quey train station. The people at the front desk were very accomidating to all my needs from needing a plug for my computer, watching my bags for the day after checking out, and requesting a cab to make it back to leave. The use of the internet for free was a great feature, expecially being aboard a ship and not having access. The mattress on the beds were very firm, but very comfortable. Best item I thought was that the controls for everything were places in the head rest of the bed so you could control the lights, AC, alarm clock right were you spend your time usually at the hotel. The bathroom was a beautiful black marble flooring, which once they have slippers and a robe in the room you don't have to worry about it being cold in the morning. The morning breakfast was ok, but being free you can't complain. The pool was also very beautiful being raised above the street.

"Good value option for business or leisure" Stayed in this hotel for 10 nights and grew to love its simplicity. Modern European-style design touches and a quiet location next to the river but in easy walking distance of many bars and restaurants - e.g. at Clarke Quay. Free broadband in all rooms (wired, not wireless). Stayed in all 3 basic types of room and there's not much between them except size of the bed - all are compact but well thought out and clean. Room service menu and restaurant/ bar area are fine and reasonable value for a hotel - but of course you can do much better dining out of the hotel. Highly recommended if you're on a medium budget (internet rates start around 158++ SGD) and good for the busiess traveller. Not near Orchard Road but cabs are plentiful and cheap. Will definitely return - business or pleasure.

"An Unique Hotel" I stayed at this hotel on 2 -6 Jan 2007 at Gallery Room. This hotel have an unique building including the room decoration. The room and bathroom are very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpfull. The corridor along way to the room is also nice and bright. Just one thing, I didn't like the bed because the bed has wheel...so the bed is liitle bit noisy and unstable. If you sit on the edge, the top of the bed will moving up.
