* The villas are similar in layout and design, the difference being the size; one bedroom units are set on a 285 sq. metres of land while three bedroom villas are set on an enormous 715 sq. metres of lush tropical gardens. Another difference is the swimming pool; in the one bedroom villa the pool measures a generous 8.5 meter x 3.5 meters and includes a wet sunning area (20cm deep water) beside the sundeck while the swimming pool in the three bedroom villa measures 12.5 meter x 6.5 meters and includes a wet sunning area (20cm deep water) beside the sun-deck.
