The Madison Hotel's staff were very helpful. My international electrical adaptor did not work so they sent up one for me wihtin 5 minutes.

The Madison Hotel's service was excellent, with extremely prompt response in meeting all my needs. The food was also excellent as well. The bedding was very comfortable (which oftentimes is not the case even in a good hotel), and the ambiance of the hotel in general and the room in particular made for a very pleasant stay.
