"My favourite hotel"
The Penz is one of my favourite hotels in the world. Hard to say why exactly, just really always a great experience, rooms are fairly small, but well appointed in that European minimalist sort of way. I love the fifth floor lounge, breakfast is great, the staff are awesome, and the locaiton is absolutely perfect in the heart of Innsbruck. Highly recommended.

"The best in town"
A very nice hotel. Modern and stylish. Great location in the center of town. The breakfast is fantastic (as everyone says). There's not much to do in Innsbruck (2 days is plenty) and this hotel appears to be the best by some distance.

"Wonderful hotel!"
I recently stayed at this hotel and it is really great! The location is very good - right in the city center. Next to the hotel there is a small shopping mall and under the hotel there is a parking garage with direct access to the hotel (11Euros/day).
Rooms are nicely designed, modern and very clean.
Stuff is the most friendliest I have ever met in a hotel (especially at the reception).
And the best of this hotel is its terrace on the 5th floor:
It is a stylish terrace with a cafe/bar, where you can sit and f.e. have a drink while watching the sunset and the awesome view of the mountains surrounding Innsbruck. The athmosphere there is just impressive. On this terrace you can also have breakfast - and breakfast at this hotel is really good! They have a very large choice of different things to eat and the quality is excellent.
So, if you stay in Innsbruck, stay at this hotel, it is the best in town!

"A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!"
I just got back from staying at the Penz Hotel for 7 nights and I must say it was a great experience. From the moment I checked in to the hotel it had a great feeling. It was very modern and very very clean.
First, my room had plenty of space for my fiancé and I. The bathroom had a nice amount of counter space. The flat screen TV in our room was also a nice addition (Lots of counter space here too). The room had wood floors and marble in the bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable. Our room had a nice view of the city. The hotel elevator is all glass, which gave us a great view of the Nordpark ski lift, which we visited often. The 5th floor has a great bar and outdoor area, which also gives great views of the city.
I must say one of the most excellent points of the hotel was the breakfast each morning. I can’t even begin to describe the spread the hotel put on display for us each morning. It was just amazing food! It has to be some of the best food I had during my stay in Europe.
Just a note for those visiting, our bathroom had heated floors (I assume it was from hot water pipes running under), which was great for us since it was so cold in Innsbruck during our stay. My fiancé and I wouldn’t mind having this in our own bathroom now. We seemed to be the only ones out of our group of 12 staying in the hotel that had this. We stayed in room 314 for those who may like this feature in the winter months (also the non-smoking floor).
Altogether, I had a great experience in the Penz hotel. I have stayed in many nice hotels including the Ritz Carlton and this hotel beats them all. I would definitely stay there again. Exceptional!!

"Boutique Hotel-perfect location!"
We just spent three nights at the Penz, a new hotel in the best location in Innsbruck. Just one block from the old town, but on a quiet street easily accessible by car and with a huge self-parking lot, as the hotel is part of a new shopping complex.
Very much like a boutique hotel with modern furnishings and very interesting architecture. Besides the great location this hotel has one of the best breakfasts we have had in Europe with exotic fruit and made to order lattes!
We looked at Europa Tyrol and hilton but chose the Penz because much better location and our stay confirmed that we made the correct choice. Staff was extremely friendly also.

"Best hotel in Town"
We investigated Innsbruck hotels at length and chose The Penz Hotel. It was a good decision. Location wise it was perfect. It is attached to a new mall and a few blocks from the old town.
Rooms are very modern, amazing bathrooms and LCD TV. The rooms are a bit small but perfectly formed.
Staff friendly, check in staff speak English.
Breakfast on the 5th floor roof terrace was the highlight. Biggest spread I have ever seen. And if you are a plane spotter the 8 or so flights a day into Innsbruck skim the roof as they approach for their landing!
