"Great New Years"
It was our first time back on South Beach in 3 years. Our travel agent in New York recommended we stay at this new hotel on Ocean Drive. It just opened in early December. It has a few things they need to work out but overall fantastic service, great people working the areas..... Wonderful room product and a restaurant (Table 8) to just die for... It was all we where looking for we are in our mid 30's both professionals and were looking for an upscale place to be in on South Beach. This is the best place would return in a heart beat! Actually returning in May....

Brand new hotel offering the best service in South Beach. Stayed in a penthouse, room could have been larger but rooftop terrace and butler service was a great touch. You couldnt ask for a better location, based at the start of ocean drive. Staff were extremely helpfull and friendly. Makes a great new addition to the upscale hotels in South Beach

"Best Location and Service on South Beach!"
We always go down to South Beach in January and our travel agent recommended this property to us.. We normaly stay at Delano and our last visit we stayed at Setai (loved it) but we thought we would try this Regent Gem due to it's sister hotel in Beverly Hills which we visit often..... Arrival - amazing this new building stands out as a true marvel of blending old south beach to the new millenuim... Sexy design huge balconies what more. Very personable and genuine service we stayed in PH10 and felt like we were in the South of France overlooking the Ocean.. Kevin and Jose our personal butlers could not of been more accommadating to our requests at any time. The restaurant fablous great cuisine the sexiest staff on the beach and perfect service.. (look out 112)... The room decor was very elegant with a very modern twist which we are accustom too staying in... 2 LCD tv's, Bose.... Nothing on the beach compares... This little baby will be on my favorite list for years to come!
