This 63-seat gourmet restaurant offers European cuisine with Italian influences, with a menu focused on fish and fresh herbs. Fine Italian wine list. Venetian ambience created by inlaid Italian-marble floors, mirror-covered columns, antique Venetian cabinets and artwork, Murano-glass chandeliers and oriental carpets. Handmade china inspired by Murano and Burano, created for the hotel.
