"nice small suites"
Suites at 1 King West Hotel is nice small suites, with washer & dryer for convenience. Internet connection is free, a plus for myself. We stay on 44th floor and the view is very good, I can see the shore lines and lots of city lights. The kitchen is very well equipped and comes in handy.
The bathroom is way too small, and the show curtain is too short, causing water to leak on bathroom floor. Also the suite area is too small.

"It’s a very central, convenient, and nice place"
Suites at 1 King West Hotel is an excellent hotel, right on the subway and walking distance to CN Tower, Rogers Centre, and Hockey Hall of Fame. It’s a very central, convenient, and nice place to stay when visiting Toronto.

"Excellent hotel in a great location"
We stayed in the Suites for 4 nights in December and could not fault it at all.
We stayed on the 21st floor and the views over the lake were spectacular. The rooms were modern, clean and very well equipped . The bed was extremely large and so comfortable we found it hard to leave and brave the cold outside, it was minus 10c outside but the suites and the hotel lobby were very warm and welcoming.
We found the staff and service excellent, In particular the concierge who went out of his way to help us find directions and book excursions.
What made this hotel even better was the location, I doubt there is a better located hotel for shopping and sight seeing , right on the corner of Yonge Street and 15 mins walk to the lake shore and all major attractions.
This is one of the best city hotels we have stayed in and would not hesitate to recommend it to fellow travellers

"Loved the Suites"
Brilliant hotel, Went there with my girlfriend for 5 nights and absolutly excellent. We order food through room service was cheap and very very quick. If you book through the internet for this hotel you can get it alot cheaper, i booked it through expedia which was the cheapest place i could find it. They were also very helpfull at the hotel, for example one night i was taking my girlfriend out for a meal so they suggested a reasturant and also rented out of their private cars to take us there for free. Great hotel, recommended A++++++

"great extended stay"
I was in Toronto for business and stayed at the Suites for 8 weeks in November and December. It was a delightful stay. My room was not big, but well thought out. The design of the room was chic and the bed was very comfortable. I had a separate bath & shower and the room was complete with a kitchenette, dishwasher & washer/drier. Not all the rooms have a bathtub, so if this is important to you, be sure to specify when making your reservation. I stayed in the historic section of the hotel which has fantastic 14 foot ceilings, however the windows were a bit drafty. Staying in the new tower offers views of the city. The fitness center was very modern, but small for a hotel this size. The sauna was great, but the hot tub had frequent problems. The antique car service is a unique perk. Be sure to reserve in advance if you want a lift on the weekends. There were some kinks with this new hotel, but the staff could not have been any nicer, even when they couldn't quickly handle some issues.
The location of this hotel is FANTASTIC! You can walk to many nearby attractions. Or the King Street Subway station is directly beneath the hotel, & you don't even have to go outside to connect to it or the PATH system. The street car also stops in front of the hotel. There are many great restaurants nearby. (I suggest going out or eating at the lobby bar rather than ordering room service.)
I would definitely stay here again. The charm of staying in an old bank is very cool, and it is a terrific value!
