* The hotel offers 157 guestrooms in the top four floors of a 15-story retail/office/hotel building.

* Rooms offer separate sitting areas with sofas (no sofa beds available). White ceilings and white walls with a pale-green band at their tops are trimmed with two mahogany strips to match hand-carved mahogany furniture. Hand-colored photographs and drawings from Coral Gables' early history decorate walls. Sitting rooms include desks and fax machines.
