"grat getaway"
Got a grerat price from Priceline- hotel was very nice; all the staff were very cheerful and helpful. Room was great- everything worked. Near Metro and we walked everywhere because we like to. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Ate breakfst one morning in hotel (great food but we don't always like to pay $50 for breakfast/there is a Starbucks on the corner) Great relaxing getaway for us. I don't always understand the hyper-complainers on this site. Go! You will enjoy

"Great room, great price"
Big and clean, comfortable room and shower. Great view, great service. Great price and location. Hotel was a little older but shabby in no way..and I'm VERY PICKY. Great place to stay.

"Very nice overnight"
My husband and I stayed here for one night during October while we were in WDC for an evening event. We booked a basic king room on a Friday night. My husband frequents Starwood properties for business travel so we were told we had been upgraded when we checked in. This happens occasionally but "upgrade" took on a new meaning this time. We were stunned to be escorted to a spectacular series of rooms fit for an ambassador. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed the space (dining room, galley kitchen, living room, canopied king bedroom, massive whirlpool tub) and only wish we had more time to use it all. The hotel is in a good location. In the short time we were there we walked to a nice restaurant on the next block and walked past many galleries. It felt like a very nice neighborhood.

"Second time to Westin Embassy - loved it"
We stayed in the same room almost two years ago and are delighted to have returned. Old-world luxury, with really good beds, is the best way to describe this fine hotel. Dupont circle location is divine. Hope to return in another two years.
