I Love This Hotel ''' The World Hotel ''
I loved everything about the world hotel in Hanoi, the warm welcome, the food, the thoughtfulness of the staff who are as helpful as one can be, the facilities and the location which is great. I would recommend it to everyone and hope to go back some day :-)

Good Hotel in Hanoi I love The world Hotel
If I ever go back to Hanoi, I will make sure I go to The World Hotel . The rooms are volymous and clean, fresh and with a great balcony overlooking the old quarter. In the middle of the greatest Vietnamese atmosphere, the kindness of the staff is excellent! I would recommend The World Hotel for anyone, no matter what age you are. The kindness and helpfullness of everyone at The World Hotel has redefined my view on service, this is just more than excellent!

good hotel and nice people
I planned to stay 1 or 2 nights at the Hanoi Phoenix 2 Hotel, but ended up 3 nights here. Nice rooms, good breakfast; especially the warm French loaf! Free coffee / tea till late in the evenings. The people are very friendly and helpful - expecially Tony, the front office manager. Location is smack, bang in the old quarter. If taking bus 17 from the airport, get of just after crossing the Chuong Duong Bridge, and you are almost there!
