LOCATION

Theartemis Palace Hotel is located only a few minutes on foot from the Old Town of Rethymno and very close to the sandy beach. It is just a few minutes on foot from the Center of Rethymno Town and is surrounded with many shops and restaurants.

Rethymno is the third biggest town in Crete and has a lot of architecture influences from the Venetian and Turkish building style.

Snack and pool bars, are open from 9.00 am till 17.00 pm allowing you to take a break from swimming and sunbathing and enjoy delicious snacks, fresh salads, refreshing soft drinks or a bracing coffee and a piece of cake under the shadow of the pergolas. Room service on selected hours.

* Theartemis Palace Hotel consists of luxuriously furnished rooms and suites. The main building has 175 rooms and the new building has 60 rooms including 4 suites. Two rooms at the main building are accessible for wheelchairs.

* Rooms are equiped with music, safe box, hairdryer, bathroom, satellite TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, central heating, direct dial telephone, carpets (in some rooms).

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
