"Location is great"
The location is very close to St.Lazare metro station. Just outside the hotel. Very close to Le Printemps and Galleries Lafayette. Good service from Pierre-at the reception desk. Room is big for family (4 of us) although the shower is small. The room is fitted with air conditioner and heater. Breakfast is not so great. But I can say it was a great, good hotel to stay. Will definitely stay there again.

"AMAZING!"
was SO good for the price! 4 of us went (all girls, ages 17/18) and we were v. budget (was for a friends 18th birthday celebration) and expected a crappy little hotel but it was amazing! so clean, nice enough breakfasts, LOVELY room and beds! a 4-bed room got two ensuite bathrooms! and such a pretty view over the street below.
v v close to both the printemps shopping centre (YAY) and the st. lazare station! GREAT for transport although metro CLOSES at 1am!!! shock horror! it meant we had to stay out till it opened again at round 6/7am :S
only downside- disgusting fish smell in the mini lobby (not the reception) cos of fish food shop next door, but all you have to do is hold your breath until you get up the staircase to reception.
we had a lovely holiday there- SUCH AN AWESOME hotel i recommend to EVERYONE- v friendly, helpful, everything :)

"Fantastic Budget Option"
It's hard to find fault with this hotel as, for the money, I'm not entirely sure it could be beaten. My girlfriend and I travelled to Paris at the end of our A Level exams (we're 18), and so wanted to stay in a place that gave us good access to popular places but left us with enough money to enjoy such attractions. Staying for 3 nights we encountered not a single problem, and would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget: we paid just £149 pounds for flights from a local airport and accomodation.
Of course, the hotel did not offer anything above what you'd expect of a 2/3 star hotel in central Paris. The rooms were a little small, and basically equipped. However, they were also immaculately clean, solidly built (we heard no outside noise whatsoever), with a generous bathroom. Reception staff were friendly, and we much appreciated the ability to first store our luggage free of charge, and then enjoy a drink and cake in the lounge when coming back to collect it. I think that several US travellers do not quite realise the difference in costs of US and European hotels. Costs of living in the two continents are so vastly different that you will never get the same size of room for the same amount of money.
As noted before, the location is very good. It is very easy to catch the RER train from CDG to St Lazaire, which is directly opposite the station. The trip cost 8 Euros with one change at Gare du Nord, a quick and inexpensive way to reach the hotel and acclimatise yourself with Paris' underground network. In addition to this, there is plenty to do in the immediate area. We ate breakfast at a small chain bakery two doors away, and did plenty of shopping in Galeries Lafayette and Au Printemps, 5 minutes walk away. There were also several convenience stores, a large GAP and a H&M.
Other attractions took more walking to.... The Arc de Triomphe is reachable by foot, as is the Louvre, but they did take around 40 mins to reach. We enjoyed 2 fantastic nights out, and safely made our way back home through a combination of walking and the Metro.
Overall, this hotel provided exactly what we needed. For those intent on exploring Paris from 8am to 1am, there is little need for the extras afforded by pricier options. The hotel was clean, accessible, comfortable and friendly, and facilitated a great stay in Paris.

"Perfect!"
Waw, i did not expect much from this hotel, having never stayed in anything below 5 stars in my life! But, this was exceptional! I had a room on the 7th floor with views out over the street. It was clean, fairly big for 3 people and best of all quiet! I was so impressed with the general quality of the hotel, including breakfast. Didnt spend much time in it but the time spent was great. Only dissapointment was the Lift, was rather small!
