Nice Hotel I would recommend this hotel. It's location is spot on very central. Breakfast was a buffet - something to suit everyone! No bar:( 4.0

"A wonderful four days" We took a four day break during Advent staying here. We booked in May and found everything exactly as we hoped for and expected. We were warmly welcomed and courteously treated during our stay. Our room was good, well cared for, warm and the heat was easily controlled so that it was not stuffy at night. The staff were efficient andcaring in airing, cleanig and tidying the room. The breakfasts were excellent but the restaurant attached to the hotel leaves a little to be desired. The hotel is well placed for the city centre if you make use of the accessible tube and trams. I recommend this hotel as convenient, warm and friendly.

"good value and great location" We stayed in February 2004 as part of package deal. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The desk staff answered our questions, but did not necessarily freely give out information. The shower was a little difficult for tall people but who spends alot of time in the shower on vacation! The tram stopped very close to the hotel and took us to and from the subway stop (u-bahn). It was a quick ride to city centre. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the local beisls. It was fun to see the children going off to the neighborhood schools each morning. A taste of true Vienna.

"Very helpful staff!" We stay here for a weekend in February 2005, and found the staff to be very helpful - giving great suggestions to restaurants near by etc...Although it is not central, there is a Metro station close by making it very convenient to travel to and from the main sites. I would recommend this to others.
