This apartment complex is situated in a quiet area of San Antonio Town's centre, facing the church, and not far from the promenade Ses Fonts. The tourist centre, with a number of bars, pubs, restaurants, shopping options and the famous Iglesia San Antonio, is just a 2-minute walk away, while the sea, the Mercadillo Artesano (handicraft market), the bus station and other links to the public transport network are all just 5 minutes (approximately 100 m) from the hotel. Nightlife can be found just 200 m away. Ibiza Town is 18 km away and Ibiza International Airport is approximately 20 km from the hotel.

Renovated in 2006, this family-friendly complex comprises a total of 18 simple yet attractive and clean apartments. Among the facilities offered by the hotel count an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility and lift access. Guests can also make use of the hotel cafe, small supermarket, bar and restaurant.
