"Definately Recommended" A modern hotel situated in the Torrelaguna area of Madrid. The location of the hotel is ideal if you do not want to stay in the center of Madrid and want to escape the traffic mayhem! Beware though, as I discovered many taxi drivers do not know the hotel as it is less than 6 months old. If you want to get into the centre of Madrid, then the bus stop outside the hotel allows access to the cetnre. The hotel itself is very modern and is impressive the minute you walk in. A stylish bar/cafe and seating area where breakfast and lunch is served. The Hotel staff are one of the best in customer service. As we didn't know much Spanish and didnt know the area well, we asked for a lot of advice on where to visit! They were very helpful and friendly and gave us very good tips! We had two rooms booked. One Triple Room (Double & Sofa Bed) and One Double. Both rooms were clean and welcoming the minute we walked in. The bathroom was very spacious in both rooms. Overall, We enjoyed our stay in Madrid and a big factor of this was because of Travelodge Torrelaguna! Definately Recommended!
