This pleasant beach hotel is located on a quiet side street in the outskirts of Playa de las Americas. Sandy Playa de Troya and the town centre are only 450 m away. There are also convenient public transport links close at hand (150 metres away). The international airport is a 15-minute car journey away.

Built in 1985, this 7-storey hotel was renovated in 1995 and includes a total of 189 studios. The building offers a 24-hour reception in the lobby with a hotel safe, a currency exchange desk, a lift and a cafe. Additional facilities include a small supermarket, a bar and an air-conditioned a la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. There is also a conference room as well as a children's playground. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel car park. There is also a laundry service available to round off the hotel's facilities.
