The restaurant offers a dinner buffet, which I liked. My only complaint would be that the thermostat unit confused me, but that might be a culture thing :)

"Rooms are modern ,very clean and comfortable" Tryp Barcelona Aeropuerto Hotel is about 5mins away from airport and hotel offers a shuttle service FOC. Rooms are modern ,very clean and comfortable. The Staff were very friendly and offer traditional Christmas sweets and tea /coffee and biscuits.

"Very quiet and modern" Only stayed for one night on our way through, but we could have stayed longer. Hotel is near the airport and our room was next to a dual carriageway but we could not hear the traffic as the sound proofing was excellent. Will definitely stay there again, and will travel into Barcelona to see the sights and know that we can come back to a quiet and very comfortable hotel.

"excellent airport hotel" We stayed at this hotel for one night. I found it excellently placed for the airport and as we could not get a hotel in central Barcelona we opted for this hotel. They have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The room was very nice and spacious. It has a really nice bar and they have food on the menu until late. Good all round airport hotel.

"Good choice for an airport hotel" We stayed at the Tryp Aeropuerto for one night at the beginning of November. We were flying out very early the next morning. It was an excellent choice of hotel. The rooms were modern, sound-proof, airconditioned and clean. Front desk staff could not have been more helpful. The airport shuttle was on time and fast. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a hotel close to the airport in Barcelona.

"Good Place to Stay" We stayed there because we flew in one day and flew out the next, so we wanted to stay near the airport. Good plan, the hotel had a frequently running shuttle to the airport and the train station. The train takes you to the center of Barcelona and it is all walking from there (or use the excellent underground system). The hotel was quiet, modern, and very clean. You can buy time to use the internet on one of two computers in the lobby. Highly recommended.

"Good value and comfy" I stayed here with my family (wife and 2 kids - 3and 5) after an evening arrival at Barcelona before heading north to France next morning. Found the shuttle a little hard to locate on arrival but thats probably my fault for not reading where to get it before leaving. Short shuttle trip to the hotel followed. The hotel is new. modern and efficient. Disappointed that my request for inter-connecting rooms could not be facilitated so we had to put an adult and child in each room. I think maybe they don't have inter-connecting rooms (why in a modern hotel???). Could do with a better bar menu to suit families as we didn't fancy a formal dinner with the little ones, but they do have a deal with a local pizza company and this was speedy and fine. Rooms are upper generic airport hotel standard. Cable TV, good bathrooms and comfy beds although I would have slept better if the 3 year old didnt climb all over me. Buffet breakfast was included and excellent. I had to take the shuttle back to collect our hire car the next day. Bizarrely, they take an hour long break to clean the buses (note the plural) so there were a lot of people ready to get the bus by 10.40 -- althought there was clearly enough to fill the bus the driver was damn sure he wasn't going to go until 11am! This frustrated me and lost the Tryp a point on my review. Connecting rooms and more efficient bus service would have won it a 5.
