Hotel’s building was erected in 1912 in a village called Branik. Nowadays, this area is a part of Prague 4. After an extensive reconstruction that was realized according to original plans, was the hotel opened September 1st 2005. Successful restoration of hotel U Divadla won a prize in a national competition “Facade of the year 2002”
