The hotel room was faultless, reception staff very helpful (despite the language barrier at night) and the food was better than I usually expect from a half board basis. |

great hotel
Ive stayed at hotels all over Europe and Valdaliso is easily the number 1. Nothing was ever too much trouble - my broken shower was repaired instantly, packet meals were always ready on time when going on excursions and help was provided with packaging delicate gifts I was taking home. Also, Im really grateful for the recommendation of Frank fruit tea (caj) as a gift idea for a diabetic relative. He was very happy with it!
