Var Hotel is a bungalow-style hotel,renovated during 2004.situated in Lagonissi, a seaside resort, located along the Apollo coastline, 20 km from Athens International Airport at Spata,40 km from Athens and the port of Piraeus, and 30 km from Cape Sounion and the ancient temple of Poseidon. Furthermore, the hotel is just a 30 minutes' drive from the Olympic Stadium and 12 km from the Olympic Equestrian Centre and Olympic Shooting Centre at Markopoulo, where many special events take place during the year.

The property offers a peaceful setting and a warm, family atmosphere. It features welcoming accommodations, all with big verandas and panoramic views over the Saronic Gulf, surrounded by a beautiful garden with lush Mediterranean vegetation, only 300 metres away from the sea.

Its convenient position on the south-east coast of Attica, just steps from lovely beaches, interesting historic sights, fine restaurants and nightclubs, will ensure all guests an unforgettable holiday.

The hotel features 20 comfortable rooms including 4 bungalows, all with a private veranda or balcony offering lovely views over the sea and the garden.

Lagonissi is a seaside resort, in the middle of a 70 km coastline that connects Athens to cape Sounio. The hotel is situated 300 meters away from sandy and rocky beaches and also from an organized beach. All rooms have panoramic sea view. Within a range from 200 to 500 meters away you can find many taverns, nightclubs, coffee-shops, and Super-Markets.
Every 15 minutes during summer time, and every 30 minutes during winter, busses connect Lagonissi with Athens. By bus or by car you can visit numerous sights, such as Athens and the museums, the ancient temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion, the Olympic Marine and the mineral museum at Lavrio, Glyfada with modern shopping centers, the zoo at Spata, the temple of Artemis at Vravrona, the Cave of Peania, and so much more...
