This hotel is located in a peaceful area of Playa del Ingles, only around 200 m from the beach. The great location is reinforced by the proximity of the shopping centres Tropical (approximately 300 m) and San Augustin (approximately 800 m), as well as the hospital (around 800 m). The ecumenical centre and the shopping centres of Kasbah and Yumbo are only 1 km away and the airport is 28 km away. There are very good public transport links to the rest of the island through a bus stop which lies only a few metres from the complex.

Renovated in 2000, the complex comprises 70 lodgings (50 studios and 20 apartments) spread across five floors, as well as a garden. At the 24-hour reception desk, there is a currency exchange facility, a telephone, car rental and an opportunity to book outings. An Italian and an international restaurant are also to be found in the hotel in addition to a cafe and a bar. The hotel features, furthermore, a lobby, Internet access, lifts and a bicycle rental service. The complex is covered by a security camera system and is protected against fire with the most up to date technology. There is also an additional night security service at this hotel.
