Located on the first floor, the main conference hall covering a span of 463 meters squared, The William Shakespeare Suite, The Charles Dickens Suite & The Lord Tennyson Suite can simultaneously host a large function or three smaller functions. With a capacity to seat 180 delegates in theatre style, these suites are an ideal venue for a medium sized event. The features include: natural day light & black out curtains, double glazed terrace doors and a terrace overlooking Palazzo Capua.
The Lord Byron Suite located across the corridor from the main conference hall, can be used as a support office or as a syndicate/meeting room. It is set in as a Board room for 12 delegates; alternatively it can be used to accommodate 25 delegates in theatre style.
The William Morris Suite is situated on the ground floor of the 200 year old Palazzo Capua annexed to the hotel. With a capacity to accommodate 140 delegates in theatre style, it is ideal for meetings or seminars. Accompanying the William Morris Suite, the Charles Read Suite or Oscar Wilde Suite are the perfect venue to host your Executive Board Meeting or perhaps a lavish coffee break.
The above suites are equipped with overhead, slide and data projectors including screens, a hospitality desk, a PA system, an internet connection and underground car park. Various sumptuous menus for coffee/tea breaks, banquets and receptions are available on request.
The Business Centre, with its various tailor-made collections have been designed to suit the individual needs of the business traveler and conference participant and includes the following services and facilities: secretarial service, fax transmission, photocopying services, lap top rental, acetates and markers, A/V equipment including Barco projection, DVD players, screens, flip charts, podiums and lecterns and a P/A system including roving and lapel microphones, simultaneous translations, resident technician and an internal coordinator assigned to your event.
The Copperfield's Restaurant is the hotel's signature restaurant which seats 120 guests in an elegant décor with a gilded mirror, carved mahogany buffet counter and antique paintings, The Copperfield's creates a sense of timelessness.
