"great hotel"
this is a stunning hotel, the rooms were good, the staff were great and all very helpful, the food was also very good. Facilities were great and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We spent a very romantic 4 nights with a great mexican restaurant and nightclub. I expected the nightclub noise to affect the hotel and was surprised to see that it didnt even though we had a room on that side. All in all a great holiday and would recommed to all!!!!!

"Perfect!"
We were slightly disappionted on arrival as the front of the hotel on website pictures looks as though it is in a peaceful setting. It is not. It is directly in Newquay centre.
My partner and i went for our anniversary and we loved every minute.
The staff were fantastic - so friendly.
The breakfast was gorgeous.
On our first night our room was situated above the main reception room where they had a rather loud disco for a wedding reception, the noise was unbearable so the next morning i went to reception expecting to put up a fight to change rooms. The receptionist apologised for any inconvenience and moved us immediatley! I couldn't believe it. We had book a superior double and was worried that in school hols they would not have another available but this was not an issue.
Overall a really lovely hotel, the staff make it, we will be returning every year now and we normally go abroad.

"excellent"
what can i say! escellent hotel, we had a seaview room and although we cud only see it if we stood right at window it was worth the extra! such a grand hotel breakfast was excellent, rooms and facilities very clean. excellent location, would definately stay again!
