Villa Astuti e Coldimolino Resortis a large farm holiday complex, still in the process of being set up, on the splendid hills around Gubbio, situated around a pre-existing nucleus dating end of the XVIIth century. A highly ambitious project that began taking shape in December 2000.
Coldimolino is located far from cities and completely immersed in the green Mediterranean countryside, surrounded by fields, woods and ancient olive groves, the Coldimolino complex is in the centre of a fauna repopulation reserve, situated on the top of a pleasant hill, 500 m above sea-level. |

Villa Astuti e Coldimolino Resort's privileged position offers a magnificent view of Gubbio, only 8 km away . It is 5 km from the State Road 298 connecting Gubbio to Assisi, and it is also near other areas of historical, cultural and natural interest in Umbria, such as Castiglione del Lago, Cittą di Castello, Deruta, Norcia, Orvieto, Todi, it takes 30 minute from Perugia and 2 an a half hours from Rome.
