Sighs, because the bay's crystal clear waters, well-maintained lawns pinned by palm trees and general air of exclusivity, will doubtless make guests sigh with pleasure. This is a modern-style family home located in the midst of countryside, surrounded by olive groves and rolling Sicilian hills and offering a total of 14 rooms. The property has lots of clean lines, cool airy spaces, and, despite its proximity to the sea, an above-ground swimming pool. The house is divided into 2 independent parts, each of which can house six people: the main 2-floor part and a single ground floor annexe, linked together by a cool outside eating area with a ping pong table. Ample covered private parking is available for those arriving by car. Features include an outside shower and a delightful barbeque area outside the kitchen.
