"Excellent, Great Staff !" We stayed for 3 nights on january in this hotel, this hotel is truly parisian. Located on the Marais. Everything is very clean, the staff is very "Excellent, Great Staff !" helpful and at night you will discover a very nice garden on the ground floor near the bar! I really recommand this hotel. We certainly coming back.

"Good hotel, enjoyed it." Hotel star rating in Europe appears to be more liberal than what we are used to in the U.S. I've heard many travelers say that a 4-star french hotel is usually the equivalent of a 3-star american - and in this case it is exactly right. Villa Beaumarchais is definitely very similar to an average 3-star hotel in NYC. As long as you know what you are booking, you won't be disappointed. This place has several strong advantages over some other hotels in Paris: 1. The staff all speak excellent English, and are helpful. 2. Large bathroom with regular size bathtub (none of that exotic pre-war plumbing or space-saver shower cabins). See attached photo. 3. Great location: it's right near Chemin Vert station (the subway in Paris is really good). On the other hand, this hotel is tucked away on a small quiet street, so you don't hear any traffic from the boulevard. Very peaceful. It is very clean. Room service is immaculate. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
