Centrally located on the Mazzaro Bay near the cableway station that links to the centre of Taormina and just a few minutes walk down to the sea and beach at Mazzaro, the Villa Bianca Resort offers charming accommodation with a homely and relaxed atmosphere and spectacular views of the bay.
The complex consists of three buildings: the newly refurbished 'Villa Bianca Principe', the 'Villa Bianca' and the 'Maison Jolie'. Guest staying at the 'Villa Bianca' or 'Maison Jolie' will enjoy breakfast at the 'Villa Bianca' Restaurant while all other meals will be provided at the 'Principe' restaurant. The different buildings are connected by a staircase across the garden. Villa Bianca is situated near the cableway station that links to the historical centre and just a few minutes walk down to the sea. |

"All in all a great holiday "
Villa Bianca Resort clean comfortable room, decent food and very nice attentive staff. The only irritation was traffic noise from early morning and the sound of trains on line opposite hotel.
All in all a great holiday but be very specific when booking to specify the accommadation you require.

Villa Bianca Resort is ideally situated for the funicular up to the beautiful town of Taormina.
Although the room was nothing special it served its purpose well enough. This part of the hotel is quieter than the lower part with views of hills rather than the sea and the less mobile visitor should note that the lift stops at the 5th floor, after which there is a walk across a terrace, down a fire escape and up about 75 more steps to the rooms.
Breakfast is a buffet of yoghurt, fruit, bread, preserves, etc. and there is always plenty. Dinner, in the main hotel, was always excellent, the food freshly prepared and served by friendly, efficient waiters. The selection is varied and caters for most tastes.
Although the Villa Bianca has no pool on site there is a free bus to a beach and pool about three miles away. The shingle beach is beautifully clean and well kept, the beds and umbrellas are free, but don't expect the bus to be bang on time!
We would recommed the Villa Bianca to anyone wanting a decent hotel to use as a base, rather than a spectacular hotel in which to spend most of their time and we would definitely return.
