Lobby: The villa was built in the early twenties by a famous Genoese industrialist as a summer residence for his family. Over the years the villa has then changed its owners as well as its appearance. It developed from a family residence into a pension and subsequently into a hotel. For more than 25 years now the “Villa Emilia” has been owned by the Obletter family who is looking forward to welcoming you!
