"Wonderful location overlooking Florence"
A friend of mine and I have recently spent 2 days at Hotel Villa Fiesole. Hotel staff was nice and efficient, the place clean and charming and the view over Florence simply fantastic ! Overall i would recommend this place w/o esitation, a great and romantic spot just overlooking Florence. Getting to Florence was easy as well, as town buses pass by every fraction of the hour.

"We loved Villa Fiesole!"
We just returned from a week stay at Villa Fiesole and we simply loved the hotel! We got married in Fiesole and booked all our guests, 23 rooms, at the hotel and they did an outstanding job with all our crazy last minute requests and changes. The rooms are all amazing, especially the Junior Suites, however the standard rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful as well. The bathrooms all seem to be recently renovated and are very comfortable (some rooms only have showers though). The staff is great; very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and you can't beat the view from the restaurant terrace; on a clear day you can see whole Florence including the Duomo. The laptop with free internet service in the lobby is very convenient. Pool area, eventhough small, is very nice and comfortable. The situation is perfect and eventhough it's near the main road from Florence to Fiesole, we did not hear any noice during the night. Bus stop is right outside and you are in the center of Florence in no time - much better than taking the car as driving in Florence is tough and parking expensive. We first considered staying in Villa San Michele, as this is supposed to be one of the most beautiful hotels in Italy, however we are very happy we decided on Villa Fiesole instead. It was nearly 1/4 of the price, and we honestly think that the accommodations and service could not have been any better there. We will definitely be back soon!
