The attractive villas enjoy an enchanting location only 300 m from the beach of Playa del Ingles. The commercial areas of Cita and Yumbo are to be found in the immediate vicinity. A stop for public transport is situated roughly 300 m from the hotel.

Superbly located and renovated in 2002, the two villas are surrounded by a bewitching 1,000 hectare-large garden complex. The neighbouring building comprises an inviting lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours, safes, a currency exchange desk and a cloakroom. In addition, there is a small supermarket and a bicycle hire service available to guests. Additionally, laundry and medical services are available. For guests arriving by car, there are parking spaces on offer.
