Vime Reserva De Marbella Hotel is a perfect venue for those in need of a relaxing vacation in a peaceful area where hydromassage Jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor and indoor swimming pools are available.

During all the year, flamenco, piano and magic's shows are performed twice a week and from May to October, guests can have fun of the daily entertainment program with night shows and darts among others. Children entertaiment is also available during these months.

"A nice complex, lot better than we expected, having read other reviews"
Myself my husband, our daughter and 4 year old grandson, stayed at the Atlantic Club Reserva de marbella, in June 2006 The complex is approximately 8 kilometres outside Marbella, on the road to Firengirola. We hired a car which is a necessity if you don't want to stay on the complex all the time. The Costa Del Sol has many resorts worth visiting, along with Theme and Water parks at Benalmadena, and Firengirola. We were pleasently surprised, the apartments were very roomy, with a downstairs lounge, modern well equipped kitchen and cloakroom, and upstairs 1 bedroom and bathroom. The only slight inconvenience was having to make up the sofa bed each evening, which I have to say was not the most comfortable that I have slept on. Our apartment was cleaned every day, used towels were always replaced with clean ones, and sheets were changed every three days, the maids worked exceptionally hard, and were always happy to help. We stayed All Inclusive and found the meals to be of a good standard, and I am a very fussy picky eater. The meals were all buffet style, at breakfast, there were so many kinds of bread and rolls, with several types of cereal, with cooked options bacon and egg etc, as well as cold meats and cheeses, and fresh and tinned fruits. At both lunch and dinner there was always at least two fish and two meat choices, sometimes three, and all freshly cooked, with several vegetables, different types of cooked potato, as well as fries, usually one or two pasta dishes, and a vast salad bar, along with various cooked meats and cheeses. The sweets were slightly disappointing, with mousses and tinned fruit, and some little cakes, so avoided adding too many calories. ( Would not be for people who like Junk food ) The staff in the restaurants worked very hard, serving drinks, and clearing tables very quickly to avoid queues building, and were always happiest if you tried to order in Spanish. At the time of our visit, there was only 1 bar the Fontanella open, which tended to get very busy, and with only two staff on, usually had queues. The drinks were all brand names, Bacardi, Smirnoff, etc, and were usually large measures, the Sangria was also very free flowing. The children's pool area was usually the busiest, and you had to get there early to get sunbeds, and a parasol, of which there were not enough. As usual some people resereved beds by putting towels on them as early as 6 in the morning, then did not turn up until the afternoon, no prizes for guessing which Nationality did that. Though the Hotel did try to stop this happening. There was also an indoor pool, and a jacuzzi, both of which were a hot as having a bath, and was great if the weather was a bit inclement. For smaller children there was a small play area, with slides and swings, and a play room which was open a couple of hours a day, run by the animacion team, (of which there were only two) but there was really nothing much to do for older children. The evening entertainment left a lot to be desired, usually a man on an organ, or the animacion team playing c d's, and one evening a week a flamenco show. Usually we sat outside and enjoyed talking to new people. At the time of our stay, we were the only English family, with most of the guests being German, Belgian, Dutch and French. We did not find this a problem as 75% of them all spoke very good English, and most had young children, which apart from a couple were very well behaved. We enjoyed our stay at this complex, and would not hesitate to recommend it, for people with young children.
