Renovated in 2005, this air-conditioned hotel consists of 246 rooms spread over 7 floors. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with a 24-hour reception desk, lift access, a hotel safe, and a cloakroom. Additional facilities include a bar, a newspaper kiosk, conference facilities and a games room. The hotel also offers guests its own air-conditioned � la carte restaurant, which is offered from early in the morning until late in the evening and room service. It is also possible to take advantage of the hotel's room and laundry services (charges apply). Parking is available for those arriving by car.

A complimentary newspaper is offered every day. In addition, a complimentary shuttle service takes visitors to the Disney theme parks. In addition, the hotel offers complimentary transport to Premium Outlet Mall and Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Mall.
