The bungalow complex is situated in the resort of Campo International Maspalomas, about 2km from the beach (bus shuttle service). Shopping facilities including supermarkets, as well as sports amenities, restaurants and bars, all of which are directly at hand within 250m of the hotel. Public transport departs from a stop that lies some 100m away.

The complex was built in 1984, has a total of 132 rooms and features a reception desk, a bar, a small supermarket and a restaurant. There is a playground for children. In addition, there is a laundry service availableThe reception timetable is from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 22:00. The complex has night security services from 22:00 to 8:30.
