This apartment complex is located close to sandy Playa de las Vistas and the kilometre-long beach promenade. Shopping venues, restaurants, bars, pubs and the beach are to be found close by and public transport departs from stops located just 500 m away.

Built in 1991 and renovated in 2002, this apartment complex comprises a total of 59 apartments spread over 2 floors. Guests may make use of the foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, safe, lifts and various cafes and shops. Those arriving by car may wish to use the hotel car park and garage facilities.
