"a great staff"
W New York The Court Hotel has a great staff, very accomodating. Lobby was really beautiful, which is connected to the ba., The bar is both a local and visitor hotspot.
guess my only issues would be that the sink didn’t drain very well and the air conditioning was loud. Besides that, I would definately stay there again.

"would have stayed for weeks"
stayed 3 nights in the fantastic suite. very large suite, amazing bed, large flat-screen and comfy couches. 9th floor had wonderful views of the chrystler bldg and down lex ave.
My only complaint is that check-in and elevators were painfully slow. otherwise great stay. would definitely go back on my next trip to NY.

"Amazing Deal for the Suite - Wonderful Weekend @ the Court"
I got a Fantastic Suite for only $330 a night - you cannot beat that anywhere in the city!
My family and our friends just enjoyed a wonderful weekend (January 12-14) at the W Court. There were two couples with four children (ages 3-8) and we had a Fantastic Suite with an adjoining room. Between our two rooms we had three plasmas and this is the first time I actually watched Hi-definition feeds in a hotel (usually they have plasmas without the Hi-def). The Fantastic suite was very roomy (almost 700 square feet) and it was great that the couch pulled out into a bed for the kids. The Empire State Building hovers over the North side of the building. Since our room faced North it was right there, however you had to go up to the window and look up to see it – still, pretty cool. The food was good, the service was good and I was totally surprised to find a Mercedes S Class waiting outside to take me to the Four Seasons (lunch). I tipped him pretty good so I basically had the S Class on call all weekend. If you want to walk out of the hotel right into the action this is not the hotel for you. It’s a little more quiet neighborhood, but it was perfect for us. If you want a great Italian dinner try Salute right down the street. This W is right next door to the Tuscany – I’m not sure the difference, but the Court had the better bar scene at night – it was really going on while the Tuscany’s bar seemed dead. My only complaints the whole weekend were: the exterior windows need to be washed and it took about 1.5 hours for security to open the adjoining room.

"Great Location in NYC"
I stayed here with my husband in January for two nights. Great location to visit many neighborhoods in NYC. Very swanky lobby and bar. The rooms are nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. The only critiques are that the elevators were slow and a few times there was a line. Also, we had to wait a long time for room service and our bags that were being held for us after we checked out. The staff was very nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
