"Very Nice Hotel" Really comfortable hotel and offered very good service. Delivered breakfast with almost all extra requests at no extra cost - great service given by Anita the waitress in Madison's (the hotels restaurant). Would definitely say this is worthy of it's 4 star rating.

"Good base in fashionable part of London." Stayed for one night with my wife. Room sise ok air conditioning meant room temperature was comfortable. Breakfast excellent with good choice. Very noisy in the morning (6-45) with what sounded like works going on but could not see anything fom the window. Sky sports not available on tv which was dissappointing. Shower and cleanliness very good. Overall i was happy but felt tired due to the lack of an adequate nights sleep.

"Excellent location, wonderful hotel" Stayed at this hotel from 23rd June to 26th June, excellent location in heart of Mayfair, nearest tube station 3 min walk. Oxford Street/Regent Street 15 min walk. Rooms lovely and clean, I needed an iron during my stay and asked concierge for it for the following morning. The next morning it arrived on time, with a smile very impressed!! Breakfast was included with the price of my stay, lovely English breakfast. Concierge very helpful and offered lots of friendly advice. Would recommend anyone staying here!

"a wonderful London experience" I stayed at this hotel with my daughter and my sister June 24-June 26. I had checked it out several years ago while staying at other hotels in Mayfair. The rate was incredible for London, we were upgraded and given connecting non smoking rooms as requested on line. The rooms were really large for London. Service in the bar was poor but everywhere else it was VERY good. I would definitely stay there on my next visit to London.

"pleasantly suprised" After reading the latest reviews I was almost dreading our visit to the washington Mayfair but thankfully we had a great stay. OK the lounge area could be spruced up a little but it had a great relaxed atmosphere with excellent, friendly staff and it's in a really good location. On arrival we were told we had been given a free upgrade and the room was quiet, well decorated and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was in good condition and had all the facilities we would expect. The room had air conditioning and heating so we did not experience the problems with temperature some have recorded. The TV's aren't the biggest but it was acceptable and we had a mini bar, trouser press, fax machine and ample wardrobe space. We had to wait about 20 minutes for breakfast but the staff were efficient and had quite a big queue moving through well. The breakfast was excellent with food being regularly topped up, hot and fresh. The room upgrade may have made all the difference but we had no complaints and had a fantastic stay
