Executive Homes with Pool are located in some of the more upscale neighbourhoods in the Disney area. By booking to this property, you will be allocated, according to availability, could be located in one of the following villas: Highlands Reserve, Orange Tree, Glenbrooke, The Sanctuary at Westhaven, Seasons and Tuscan Ridge. These 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes have at least one master bedroom with queen bed or king, en-suite bathroom, with shower and w/c. Additional bedrooms may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds. Also, each home, among other facilities has a private screened pool, dining area, pool furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen. Executive Homes are in the newer subdivisions located in either in Kissimmee or on US27, and are all within 20 minutes drive of Walt Disney World (Subject to normal traffic conditions) The photos displayed are for illustration purposes

Our system allows bookings for a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children. Should you need to book a villa or townhome for more than 6 adults and 4 children, kindly make your booking with the 6 plus 4 which the system allows and then make a note of the total number of persons in the request box, in order for resort to be informed. Rates for Orlando villas and townhomes are offered per unit, therefore number of persons does not affect price. Guests for this property are required to check-in at the service centre of the youtravel.com representative, located at the Best Western Lakeside Inn, as seen on their voucher. They will be provided with a welcome pack and keys. For out of hours check-in, there is a lock box outside the office and the code required can be provided by admin@youtravel.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. No penalty for cancellations up to the defined cancellation deadline of this hotel.
2. Cancellations made within the cancellation deadline will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
3. No-shows will be assessed a 1 night room rate unless cancellation policy is defined different.
4. No cancellations on or after check-in date.
